Excellent engineers, work-style flexibility, great culture and perks - Senior Software Engineer LocalStack Employee Review

I haven't been working at LocalStack for long. However, it has been an incredible experience. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued as part of the team. Here are some of the highlights of my time at the company: Supportive and Inclusive Culture: LocalStack fosters an environment where everyone feels included and valued. The management genuinely cares about employees' well-being and professional growth. Work-Life Balance: Localstack understands the importance of work-life balance. Flexible working hours, remote work have helped me maintain a healthy balance between my personal and professional life. Innovative Projects: Being part of a forward-thinking company means working on exciting and innovative projects. It keeps the work dynamic and engaging, with plenty of chances to contribute ideas and see them come to fruition.

None that I can think of at the moment. The company continuously strives to improve and addresses any issues that arise promptly.

LocalStack is really an awesome place to work. There are exceptional engineers (which I can learn a lot from), working and coming from all over the world (even though the team isn't too big yet). When it comes to individual growth, the engineering team really embraces a mentoring approach where each new team member has a mentor which ultimately becomes a sparring partner.

I haven't found any cons for working at LocalStack yet, most importantly because the whole team (including management) continuously tries to improve and address any issues that might come up along the way together.
