Pros
Hybrid schedule that is about it.
Cons
No opportunity for career growth. No training provided. You are expected to use you own time for training and receive an atta boy as a reward. The hybrid policy doesn't apply to Golden children, management, or executives(if you ever see them) The open door policy is a way to weed out those who don't align with managements vision misguided or not. Engineers are not consulted on future plans or technology. It is crammed down your throat, learn it or leave. The pay is not market rate so expect to live at poverty wages at today's inflation based economies standards. You are required to attend a yearly sometimes bi yearly town hall. This covers everything but the profits made and how they plan to reinvest them. They built a huge unnecessary facility just to force staff back into the office even though there isn't enough space. A warehouse and a few conference rooms across the cities would of worked fine while keeping the workforce remote. Your really hamstringing yourself by not bringing in fully remote talent. The list goes on
