Cons
Low vacation time. No work from home hours. No career planning or advancement opportunities. Employees are shuffled to technology groups to fill positions regardless of experience and expected to perform at or above others in the group. Claim insurance is paid by the employer, but cost of insurance is negotiated as a part of salary. Was told no weekend work, but was forced to work weekends and holidays without overtime pay. Will not allow other competing contract companies or clients to interview or hire you. Not all employees have the same benefits. Some have 401k matching, others do not. Some do in fact work from home. Some get bonuses, while most do not. Widely fluctuating pay rates for like positions.
