- gang/crony culture is real there, its so obvious until you cannot even just choose to ignore it and do your own thing/work, at some point it will come and pick on you, - from the L3, managers, to team lead, even until HR, are all one gang, and they behave like they own the place, - so is either lick them until you become one of their gang and stay there happily, or you just don't do that, and eventually move out. - terrible work load if you're an intern, L1 or L2, unless you're a L3 AND part of the gang, then you will have a MUCH better time over there, - unnecessary micro manage if you're an intern, L1 or L2 (does not apply to L3 or their gang, they can do whatever they want, example, taking long lunch break or frequent cigarette break as they please, while you need to follow the time. you will be on the spotlight if they "think" you taking too much trip to the toilet or pantry, hence the reason why no one dare to stay too long in the pantry). - high turnover rate, with good reason as far as i can see.
