We have a great integrated team in EMEA with a strong mandate to change how we work to provide better outcomes. There are lot of very clever people to support you and a really strong culture of collaboration. The leadership team are also focused on transforming Logility and so it is truly fun place to work The products are good
Cons
No some much a Con but a reality; this is not not a job for the faint hearted, there is a lot to learn, we are changing and the market is changing. You need to be on your toes and top of your game everyday, it is mentality challenging. We are also lean and so many of the tasks that larger more bloated companies have teams for, need to be done by the sales person. Again, not a Con, just a reality.
