Pros
People friendly culture - The culture in Loop appears to be employee friendly (at least that’s the stance they take publicly). However, the reality is far from it understanding manager - whenever my health took a hit or I had personal commitments to attend to, I was always granted leave without questions
Cons
The pros are limited and the cons are endless, this is just another start up that’s in the race to become a unicorn The people who run this place have no idea what they want or what they are doing. While the emphasis is on fast growth, the company is NOT equipped to handle the same The co-founders are like any other co-founders from the Silicon Valley - they believe in the fake it till you make it phenomenon They are atleast 10 steps behind their competitors and yet they convince their employees and customers that they are at the top of their game The CEO has openly mentioned that the employees are expected to work 24/7 to ensure they grow quickly. He is just another megalomaniac (if not for my understanding manager I would have quit sooner) They also have clauses in their offer letter that they can fire without any prior warning or any justification The lies are endless - they don’t shy away from lying to not just their employees, they do it with their customers and investors as well I can continue to rant, but you get to the gist. Don’t make the mistake of joining this company ever
