Pros

Flight benefits Flexibility Nice colleagues Multicultural environment

Cons

I have been working for LiT for 5 years, an amazing opportunity to discover the worl..however: - discounted ticket price for employees have slowly slowly increased making it not competitive with last minute offers. (still good though for intercont destination overall). - Since new In site Manager arrived less than a year ago very bad changes have happened: Salary increases are not payed anymore. This decision has not been communicated but employees found out ! Bonus have been reduced from monetary compensations to Lufthansa Gadget.... - Absurd sick policy, you cannot call in sick 2 times within 6 calendar month otherwise you are not payed what you are entitled for if you reach your goals! Also agreed family sick is counted as if you call in sick. -Trainings are obsolete and provided on systems which are not even properly working. Training manager doesn' t accept constructive feedback. Communication flow within higher level of management is bad as hardly consider you as a human being but a number. Even if you wish to provide an outstanding customer experience you must keep the length of the call at around 4 min and no flexibility with this KPI.
