      Pros

      Working at Lullabot allows you to do interesting and challenging work with some of the brightest and most talented people in the industry while enjoying a fantastic company culture, great benefits, and wonderful work-life balance. There is no compliment that I could give Lullabot as an employer that would be overstating how great it is to work for them.

      Cons

      Some people may find working remotely or needing to occasionally travel challenging, but for other people this is a great arrangement.

      Pros

      Great company culture, employee owned, excellent work / life balance

      Cons

      Pay is average, focus on Drupal could mean trouble in the future as the segment contracts, small company with a fairly flat structure leaves little room for advancement

      As with any agency, they’re dependent on the work that’s available from clients.
