      great benefits, good training (when i started), competitive salary, good company foundation and company recognition

      Cons

      Very political, eye care facility that is sales driven, not optical & health driven. Training is all sales based & optical knowledge is a forgone conclusion. Every year more cost cutting around hours is done while a ton of more work is implemented & associate moral, quality of product and service & customer satisfaction is at an all time low

      Pros

      Direct deposits is only non negative thing I can think of.

      Cons

      If they buy out your private practice run. They will micromanage every little thing you do. They are more customer selling centered not Patient centered. I was let go due to lack of work. I had to fight three months to get my unemployment benefits They didn't not report my wages for the 2024-2025 year. worst possible company to ever work for. They do not value thoer employees at all.
