      Fun Clown Environment-ey say its commission, seriously even the interview can be misleading, they can make you lose a very good job, even if you are making min wage+ bonus, tips at your other place. I have worked in many companies, I would not reccomend anyone to work here, working as a waiter is far better, your income is guaranteed. one higher management has manipulated some agents to 'worship' him, kind of like a cult, like he is your provider for food, water, earth, air, life, and money. Don't believe me? if you don't have a job, just for fun go and analyse, it would be like going to a theme park of employment

      Cons

      HR and Management LIE on the Interview and before-they advice people there's an hourly wage and its a TOTAL LIE ! They make you work Extremely hard making you think that you ll get a pay check and commission -than they tell you you failed other stories and leave you unpaid! Unfair! Only Commission-things always changing- they throw play money around, thinking they are bill gates, which can't even help you buy milk:-). They manipulate you into thinking you will be getting a job of xamt per week, and then when you go there you loose your time! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE WORK FOR THIS COMPANY-WASTE OF TIME UNLESS YOU WANT TO LEARN ABC SALES!

Our Vice President is always available to assist in any way. He is a positive role model and thrives off of making sure his team working their hardest while having fun. We do have "M.A.R.C Money" which is used for silent auctions at our charity events. It is a chance for everyone at M.A.R.C to win exceptional prizes (cellphones, tvs, designer bags,gas cards etc). We also offer different pay structures which are discussed and determined with the hiring manager during an interview.

      Pros

      They have someone that does a FANTASTIC job patrolling Glassdoor and writing faux good reviews to balance out all of the actual reviews by other employees who feel abused by their methods. Really great, honest work.

      Cons

      We are taken advantage of by management, all of our leads are jello while those above us take any decent ones, we are under-compensated, and frankly, we are instructed to take advantage of our customers in order to get paid.

      Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Part of human nature is never to accept responsibility of our failures. it's not our fault, that is why we call ourselves humans. The reality of it is we point our finger at everyone else other than ourselves. We blame others around us, we blame our workplace, we even blame the country or city we are born it. The bottom line is, we need to look at ourselves. The only reason why we fail at something is because we didn't work hard enough, we didn't take direction, we didn't apply ourselves. We can only blame ourselves for failure. This is what drives me, I need people to fail. Without this, there would be no opportunity and there would be no money to made, because everyone would do it.       good and friendly environment and their culture

      Cons

      no corns as such but salary growth is less.
