      Mostly nice people to work with.

      Cons

      No good raise, firefighting mode, very hierarchical. The CTO uses fear as a management method when challenged. No evolution path. The company starts to be split / drift between the American and Swedish sides.

      Accidentally stayed for over two years. Disorganized organized company, a complete mess and no room for career development and pay is beyond awful.
