MAJORITY interview questions

Interview process moved fast, about 3 weeks start to finish across 3 rounds. Mix of technical and cultural fit interviews. Technical rounds focused on quick thinking and working with basic business metrics; culture rounds emphasized AI-forward mindset and diverse background. Did not end up receiving an offer

The interview process itself was straightforward, but the experience with the recruitment team was disappointing. Communication felt disorganized and inconsistent throughout. After discussing compensation, I withdrew my application due to a salary offer significantly below expectations. The recruiter then said they would try to adjust the offer to better align with my expectations, but after that conversation, communication stopped completely and I never received any follow-up. The company itself seems interesting, but the recruitment experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed.
