      Maven will constantly push you to be your best. If you want to make six figures, come to work with a six figure work ethic, and there is no limit on your earning potential.

      Cons

      The work environment may be too dynamic for some people. Maven is constantly innovating, and with innovation comes changes. Some people aren’t comfortable with that.

      It is challenging to find a lot of pros to speak of.

      Cons

      1. Inconsistencies in management this stems from the CEO downward. 2. Extremely high turnover, Outside of a part time person and one other person no one has been there over 2 years 3. They will often post date checks so you can not cash them on your scheduled pay date 4. Ownership is a core value however only if you are not the CEO.
