      High turnover and poor management create challenges

      Pros

      It is challenging to find a lot of pros to speak of.

      Cons

      1. Inconsistencies in management this stems from the CEO downward. 2. Extremely high turnover, Outside of a part time person and one other person no one has been there over 2 years 3. They will often post date checks so you can not cash them on your scheduled pay date 4. Ownership is a core value however only if you are not the CEO.

      Pros

      If you enjoy learning, solving problems, and being challenged, Maven is a great place to work. I've had opportunities to wear multiple hats, learn new systems, and grow professionally far beyond my original role. Leadership values results and initiative over tenure, so people who step up tend to get opportunities. There is a genuine effort to improve processes and make the company better every year.

      Cons

      This isn't the right environment for someone looking to do the same thing every day. The company moves fast, expectations are high, and priorities can change as the business grows. Sometimes there can be growing pains as new processes and systems are rolled out. Success here requires adaptability, accountability, and a willingness to embrace change.
