      Pros

      It seems like a big successful company until you find out that it is not. You get a company car but its to advertise for the company because you do not get paid. It is a commision based company.

      Cons

      long hours= no pay travel long distances= no pay go to meetings=no pay constantly tracked by phone or vehicle = no pay You will never rise in the company because the company does not grow due to their customer service and communication issues so your pay is affected. You are a door to door salesman

      It is challenging to find a lot of pros to speak of.

      Cons

      1. Inconsistencies in management this stems from the CEO downward. 2. Extremely high turnover, Outside of a part time person and one other person no one has been there over 2 years 3. They will often post date checks so you can not cash them on your scheduled pay date 4. Ownership is a core value however only if you are not the CEO.
