Pros
The people! The people I have worked with over the years has always had each others best interest in mind, they are always willing to answer a question, to lend a hand, and provide feedback.
Cons
Moving from a Family owned business to a large corporate environment had its challenges. My biggest concern was losing that "family" feeling. Fortunately like all families that endure change, we rose to the challenge and remain close.
