It’s a 4 star for me. Organized and balanced. Efficient yet calm. Trusted and adaptive. These are some of the best words to describe working at MCAP, a place where there’s always more to learn, and where the lessons are more engaging and impactful than anything I’ve experienced in other industries. Guiding people through their mortgages takes care and effort, but that’s what makes it meaningful.
Cons
I truly believe the compensation package could/should be better. It really is the only one thing preventing MCAP from being the best company to ever work for in the mortgage industry.
