Pros
Weekends off, monthly raffle prizes, monthly birthday celebrations and cupcakes, good location. Found it to be a good "fit in the door" opportunity in the Mortgage Industry. Good entry level position.
Cons
Poor inexperienced management, Team Leads micro-manage, only the "popular" employees get promoted, lack of growth opportunities, compensation low, raises are even lower, felt like prison sometimes - all non-work related websites are blocked, breaks are not promoted, and go to a co-worker's desk to chat for 5 minutes is frowned upon, very strict attendance policy, CEO is not very friendly at all and seems as though she doesn't care for employees.
