Stop it will all the fake reviews!!!!! This place is horrible!! Racist, lazy management, and horrible pay. Please quit every day because it is a very stressful work environment. Team lead are not helpful at all. They spent there time kissing up to management. Do not apply at this place!!

Pros

Weekends off, monthly raffle prizes, monthly birthday celebrations and cupcakes, good location. Found it to be a good "fit in the door" opportunity in the Mortgage Industry. Good entry level position.

Cons

Poor inexperienced management, Team Leads micro-manage, only the "popular" employees get promoted, lack of growth opportunities, compensation low, raises are even lower, felt like prison sometimes - all non-work related websites are blocked, breaks are not promoted, and go to a co-worker's desk to chat for 5 minutes is frowned upon, very strict attendance policy, CEO is not very friendly at all and seems as though she doesn't care for employees.

Pros

Awesome place!!!! If you sleep at your desk all day you will be promoted. Known fact!!

Cons

Hard workers need not apply. Benefits are horrible. Pay is low Micromanaging 1 day a month PTO which covers everything!! Vacation, sick and personal time. I feel sorry for single parents that can never accumulate hours to be home with their sick children. You get dinged for any unplanned time off or tardiness. So if you die on the way to work you will get dinged!!!
