Pros
The hours are flexible: core hours are 9AM-3PM with a flex hours system so one can begin or end their days according to their schedule. The work is interesting and challenging and there are a number of fields of work available.
Cons
Not only are the staff paid far below industry average, the management has built sub-par compensation into their business plan. There are few options for growth and management seems to have an aversion to positive feedback.
