Cons
Pretty much what everyone else has already said. The company seems to be filled with filler management. There's no guidance for new employees. They have two sets of managers, your line manager and your assignment manager; I've yet to meet either of them nor be explained their role in my job. Job description does not match what I am doing nor does it utilize my education. As a new grad the tasks that I am given with will not help me advance my career at all. Nobody has sat down with me to discuss my role on the team and what I'll be doing in the future. I specifically accepted this offer because of the technology I thought I would be working with yet I haven't been able to work with any of it. So many documents, so much process, so disorganized. And of course: the pay is below average, especially with how big the company is.
