      Pros

      MDA is full of really nice people and they have some of the coolest projects out there. The building is full of really smart people which is both inspiring and motivating.

      Cons

      IT is pretty brutal. WiFi in the building is pretty sub-standard and the help desk responds at a glacial pace. They are working on this though, so hopefully it improves.

      Upward mobility is often difficult because people tend to stay in leadership positions or higher level pay grades.
