Terrible management with distrust for employees - Anonymous employee MIDAS-PR Employee Review

Tony and Karin, the owners of Midas PR, often talked about their lack of trust in their employees in front of their clients mentioning they need to go back to the office to watch over them. Whenever employees were laughing and getting along, they would grumble and tell us all to get back to work. Terrible pay. The company relies on interns through their partnership with a study abroad global agency. All the positive reviews are from interns (unpaid internship from students who paid an agency to be there)
