I am sorry you did not enjoy your experience at MIM. Our goal is to create a positive, engaging place to work, but I do realize that we could fall short of that from time to time. I hope that you are finding satisfaction at your new company. In the end, we want our team members to be happy, whether that is inside or outside of MIM.

If you intend to rely on health insurance from this employer, definitely reconsider what other options you have.
Ever since GEHC bought MIM the medical benefits are awful. I have spent countless hours fighting with insurance through third party systems to figure out claims, coverage, and other basic details that were never a hassle with our previous insurance providers. Half of the “in network” services and clinics don’t even recognize the insurance we have and it’s impossible to fill out online forms for certain services because our insurance just doesn’t exist in any systems. You also cannot contact the insurance directly without being taken to a third party who poorly communicates back what your options are.
I am a healthy individual, but managing my health benefits has been the worst part of my year. I don’t know how a medical company can get this so wrong.
