The success of each Job Corps is determined by numbers. Unfortunately, numbers do not always tell the story. It can also create a very stressful work environment to the point that individuals and departments may end up working against each other to protect themselves rather that with each other. The previous is especially true when a Center is not meeting the set goals or numbers each month.
