      Work life balance, ability to work on a lot of different things, access to others in the Institute. If you have a go-getter attitude, you can take a lot of different avenues

      Archaic systems and structures; oligarchy less meritocracy which is ironic; there are departments with very strong leadership and hold others accountable and there are others that do not.
