Pros
Very flexible work schedule, great benefits, perks, work life balance and sense of community, include special interests groups. Even though it's a large place to work, everyone seems to know each other.
Cons
Often very little support or training, highly political and no room for growth on the administrative side. The pay does not match the benefits and they do not promote based on education.
