      Pros

      Benefits are excellent. Vacation and other policies are generous. Work-life balance is valued. Lots of resources available. People care about what they do, and care that those around them are comfortable and productive.

      Cons

      Systems can be unnecessarily bureaucratic. It can be difficult to find and engage resources. Salaries perhaps lower than elsewhere for comparable work.
