Excellent Benefits Very cool culture Adjacent to the cutting edge of research I love working at a University!
Cons
Staff are often forgotten after Faculty and Students, even though we make up a significant portion of the population. Degree Inflation is rampant. You really don't need a masters degree to be coordinator level, but there is often that perception.
