Employees are retained and promoted with no regard to previous instances in which they supported bias, discrimination, and unhealthy working conditions. Responsibilities get piled on without regard to staff capacity. Toxic and hostile work environment. Work-life boundaries are not respected. High burnout. Low interpersonal trust.
