Disorganized chaos is the best way to describe working here. I started and was given zero direction as to what my work was or how to do it, and this continued throughout the entirety of my tenure here. Management is inept and use their employees as a means to end without knowing what that end even is. Mark Miller in particular was impossible to work for, but the rest aren’t much better. It was disheartening to come here every day just to feel like nothing that I did or said mattered. I’d recommend working here only if there are truly no other options, and even then I’d advise you to just move somewhere else first.
