The real goal is to always find someone to blame. -Grandpa employees. -Due to gigantic age differences you are expected to stay junior for years. -Professional qualities do not matter - smart people who don't like to dress in fancy clothes should especially stay away! -Upper management has luxurious spendings, while company infrastructure is a disaster. -International employees are treated as kings on local employees account. -Your main stakeholder is the Hungarian state, it's not a real free-market company.
