      It does have really challenging field and good mentors. Provides a good learning environment for self-beginners (not for trainees)

      Cons

      Being a small company, training opportunities are not great. Decisions are normally made from top management without involvement of real asset teams

      Friendly coworkers, good benefits, salary middle of the road could be higher. Advancement has some possibilities if you're aggressive.

      Cons

      Salary middle of the road, advance only possible if you are aggressive , well connected or play politics. Not very diverse .
