      Compensation is good. Medical for 6 members with no cost from employee.

      Cons

      Mediaeval mentality, old people are working here Culture is just like a school. Currently they are loosing business in 2016-2017. Inhouse developement center for MOL business. 9 hour office time is mandatory no flexibility.

      paycheck on time and some ok health insurance

      no career growth unless you are japanese. no promotion for long time
