      Will hire entry level to keep salary low.

      Cons

      Management are all expats who come and go in 5 years. By the time they learn English next manager arrives. Not planning to invest on employees , compliance unknowingly making everything strict cant approve truck vendor limiting all the opportunities.

      paycheck on time and some ok health insurance

      no career growth unless you are japanese. no promotion for long time
