Everything else! For example, low pay. They hire entry level people to keep salaries low and give small raises/bonuses. High turnover rate. High workload once trained with not much help or relief. So unable to take PTO due to understaffing. Overtime required but not granted so was always playing catch-up everyday. Sales team are lazy but yet get all the credit. Undervalued operations staff.
