Pros
Very good work atmosphere. HOD and sups were helpful and didn't stress artists. People with a lot of talent. Great projects. Free breakfast and soft drinks. Many of the reviews around here make this place sound as a terrible place to be. That is simply not the case.
Cons
Contracts HAVE to be longer than two or three months. It's the only way to really get the most out of any worker. Six months should be the shortest allowed. It's not clear either the criteria from management when deciding who stays. Right now looks like junior stay and seniors don't.
