      they pay for Over time, good shows and friendly artists, free breakfast and some drinks

      Cons

      short contracts, the worst pay in comparation with any other studios, bad management of the shows, a lot of people left the company for better oportunities always, many new artist comes every monday thats why there are a lot of new people with no experience
