      I don't think I can ever put into words how grateful or thankful I am for my experience at MPOWER: were it not for my experience there, I wouldn't be where I am today.

      Cons

      Attrition rate is around 25% or more during my time there.

      Pros

      Great mission driven organization with huge potential for growth. Important to me that they enable international students to attend school in the US and Canada which is life changing for many of the students. People are really nice, everyone is focused on growing the company. A lot of opportunity for people willing to jump in at a startup.

      Cons

      Can be very busy. They could have more socializing events.
