No need to check email at night or on weekends, fun & smart lower-level staff

They just laid off a bunch of people, so there's zero job security...plus the issues that led to this haven't been resolved. Mgmt hires smart people and says they have a feedback culture, then ignores their advice. Mgmt says it's data-driven but ignores or pushes back against data it doesn't like. Mgmt says it's transparent, but then refuses to openly address issues that staff could actually help solve. Mgmt says it likes bold ideas but actually only tinkers around the edges while the huge problems go repeatedly unaddressed. Plus, this is just a tough political environment for a company that makes loans to international students.
