Inspectors will not receive a raise no matter what. It is a set starting rate and that is all you will make , doesn’t matter the experience nor the time you’re with the company. The company make triple your pay rate for what they charge the customer for but you will never even receive an extra penny for a bonus. Management is unprofessional and disrespectful.
