Current Reporting Time Lacks Flexibility - Anonymous employee MS First Capital Insurance Employee Review

Pros

The current fixed reporting time, once chosen, ensures punctuality.

Cons

However, it is too inflexible. On certain days, employees may want to start work early as he/she may have other commitments after work. On the other hand, employees may report later on certain days due to delays in buses or trains which are not within their control. If employees need to rush to toilet due to stomachache, later reporting time should be allowed.

Pros

There are opportunities to contribute ideas and gain exposure. The company has room for improvement and employees can play a part in driving changes.

Cons

Employee experience and communication require improvement. At times, processes, policies or benefits appear to be fulfilled from a procedural perspective, but the communication and support provided to employees feel more like a formality rather than a genuine effort to make employees feel informed and valued.
