MS First Capital Insurance interview questions

Poor experience, being asked for family members information in the application form. Why will I need to disclose my family members information for a job application when I'm the one applying the job? Still can ask if you are shortlisted you will need to provide. They need to revamp their job application form because it already violated pdpa rules. The indian manager speaks as if I'm already working with the company, and seems to be speaking with dominance citing he won't hesitate to cross the line if needed. The reviews here just shown that this is not a good place to work in overall.

Interview process was not that difficult. No difficult questions being asked . Being ask to share relevant skill set that one can bring to the organisation. Waiting time is longer than 2 weeks . No hybrid mode which means need to be in office daily.
