      If you're a grad looking for work, not a bad place to start.

      Cons

      Poorly managed. Cost cutting resulted in major restructuring with more people resigning after the fact. Loss of knowledge and highly skilled developers. No communication between departments resulting in echo chambers and miscommunication.
