Significant issues with internal politics and favoritism. The Indian CTO appointed relatives to key positions, but their actions appeared to focus more on personal gain rather than contributing to the company's growth. The CTO presents himself as highly knowledgeable but often lacks depth in his expertise. His strategies mainly involved persuading investors and employees with impractical ideas. Eventually, these actions were uncovered by the US investors. Unfortunately, a few hardworking employees have lost their jobs unexpectedly due to the shortcomings and bad deeds of the management and the CTO.

I have worked as a Sr. Software Consultant for the last 1.5 years. I am really very satisfied working here. It's one of the top ten US global startup companies in machine learning and data science market as recognised by Microsoft. 1. Reporting Manager understands if there is a situation in the personal front and adjusts works accordingly. 2. Very flexible work timing. 3. Big office space . 4. Salary is atleast 50% more than current industry standard. 5. Lots of opportunities and good place to learn and excel in future. 6. Extremely friendly environment and good work culture. 7. Increment policy is very good and happens twice in a year. 8. Provident Fund, Employee personal loan policy, mediclaim policy they have all these which is very helpful. 9. Regular client visit and review of task. 10. Uses advanced technology and the technical resources are mostly from top colleges in Kolkata. 11. The CTO himself is an ex-IITian and brings lot of challenges and opportunities for the employees. All round a very good company to start with.

Please put a Coffee machine in the pantry so that we don't to have it from outside.
