      Pros

      If you’re not happy where you’re working the coordinators are pretty onto it with finding more work.

      Cons

      Dont expect to be working on CAT, Komatsu or an ancillary equipment. Pay is average, TAFE is challenging, a lot of information crammed into 9 weeks - not much retention.

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with people from around the world and fine tune my skills.

      Cons

      Drinking and if you don't you're not a part of the in-crowd, Unwanted advances from peers. I had several race based encounters. Degrading and dishonest leadership. My bonus was based on my managers performance. If I wanted my bonus I needed to drive them to be successful.
