Bonus was good at end of year, but base pay was average for the industry.

Cons

Constant racist, homophobic and other generally bigoted comments from employees and management. Long work hours and high turnover of internal staff. Very difficult to have any career growth for women in this company.

If you’re not happy where you’re working the coordinators are pretty onto it with finding more work.

Cons

Dont expect to be working on CAT, Komatsu or an ancillary equipment. Pay is average, TAFE is challenging, a lot of information crammed into 9 weeks - not much retention.
