      Easy going work environment and people are easy to talk to. Decent benefits and good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Some set procedures are highly unnecessary and a time consuming that don't add value. Industry isn't all that interesting.

      Pros

      Great team to work with. The empolyees make the enviorment worth dealing with. Alot of help and supporting people. Great availability allowing to float hours when needed

      Cons

      No direction for growth. They speak of promoting from within but always choses to outsource. Will have you stuck n one spot they feel your good at and not allow you to grow out of that.
