i have been here for less than a year and can honestly say it is an amazing team environment! Sales and promotions can be tough, but having an awesome team that constantly supports, encourages and guides you is the best feeling ever! Most of my previous jobs constantly condoned negativity and tension, but here it is unacceptable which is great because it keeps the atmosphere fun and exciting!

There is always people that come in our business and call it a scam because they don't grasp the concept of a management training program!(it's very rigorous), long hours if you don't know how to balance your personal and business life, it's more mentally demanding than physically!
