Pros
Great people at all levels of the company - joining Malin is like joining a family. Everyone is so caring, friendly, and supportive of each other, and seem to have a great time together. The work is very interesting, and I love that the management wants to cross train and embrace the opportunity to further your education or skills with different types of training. A great culture. I love that Malin tries to keep the employees engaged through different activities - such as weekly food or ice cream trucks, holiday things, and even a virtual forklift ride. It is fun to meet people in all aspects of the workplace through these events.
Cons
Hard to really think of a solid con... but I would have to say if anything - parking. We could use a bigger parking lot!
